I can't believe this real estate market! It is crazy. Nothing appears to be selling. We looked online the other night to see what was going on in our old neighborhood. Nothing. Everyone else is still on the market. The only house that has moved was a bank foreclosure that sold for for well below market value. You were able to get us $$$ 30,000 more than that. Foreclosure or not, that is awesome!

Looking back, the fact that you sold our home for the HIGHEST amount in our neighbohood for that plan astounds us in this very challenging 2007 market. We had two similar properties on either side of us, one listed at a lower price than ours and very comparable, and still they came to ours. Your negotiation netted us far more than we expected. The entire process was - again - awesome!

Then, you were able to help us buy aggressively in a premiere golf course community and at THE LOWEST PRICE anyone has ever purchased a resale in that community! We are very thankful for your expertise and your service - even though you are University of Georgia diehard! The only thing I can say is - AWESOME!
